Anna phaeton is designed as a multi-purpose tour phaeton. Main frame of the Anna phaeton is made of figured iron. Some parts are covered by marine grade waterproof plywood for aesthetics and strength and water based varnish is applied. Ash tree dried for 4-5 years is used in phaeton’s wheels and produced completely by hand. Considering weight and flexibility most appropriate leaf springs have been used. Necessary lining is applied to the phaeton and then phaeton is painted ultimately by acrylic paint in a special booth. Color of the main frame is customized by customer’s requests. Upholstery following painting is very important. Real leather may be used preferably. Upholstery color may be customized also. Phaeton’s accessories like lights, steps and bells are made of real brass. Phaeton manufacturing requires diligence and team work. It is completed within one 45 days.
