Vis-a-Vis Elliptic Spring Phaeton is the final point reached by us in phaeton manufacturing; All moulds of the wooden parts forming phaeton’s main frame are made specially. Wooden parts of phaeton’s main frame are made of 1st class dried beech. These parts are cut through CNC turning machine with zero error and assembled. Wooden frame of the phaeton is formed after combining wooden parts symmetrically. And then wooden frame is reinforced internally by steel with wall thickness of 8-10 mm. Ash tree dried for 4-5 years is used in phaeton’s wheels and produced completely by hand. Considering weight and flexibility most appropriate leaf springs have been used. Necessary lining is applied to the phaeton and then phaeton is painted ultimately by acrylic paint in a special booth. Color of the main frame is customized by customer’s requests. Upholstery following painting is very important. Real leather may be used preferably. Upholstery color may be customized also. Phaeton’s accessories like lights, steps and bells are made of real brass. Phaeton manufacturing requires diligence and team work. It is completed within one month.
